Tom's hCG Diet - Final Days on Diet

I reached my goal of 25 pounds, but am still pushing on! This morning I was down just over 27 pounds. How awesome is it that in about 3 weeks I can be down 27 pounds?! I don't know of any diet that can produce such amazing results! Another great part is that people are noticing now and comment on all the weight I have lost.

I only have a couple more days to go before I wrap up my diet! Check back for my final weigh-in! I appreciate the support and all the readers!

Tom's hCG Diet - Another Diet Victory

WOW! This morning was a very good morning! When I got on the scale this morning I saw that I have lost just over 24 pounds in total! I am almost there!!! Losing this much weight has made it worth all the effort and all of the junk I've given up during this diet.

I am going to go over my goals again for after the diet so I can make sure to keep the weight off. It will take hard work and dedication to stay away from my bad eating habits and avoid foods that are just bad for me.

Tom's hCG Diet - Busting through my Diet Plateau

Sorry! I know it has been a couple of days since I was supposed to update everyone. I'm sorry, but here it is now!

To recap the weekend:

I don't know how everyone else is with weekends, but for me the hardest part of any diet is the weekend. The weekend is when I get invited out to dinner or over to people's houses for pool parties and other events that always have great food. These types of events are the moments that we discover how serious we are about losing weight.

Tom's hCG Diet - The Plateau

This is the day I dread when I do the hCG diet -- not because it's any more difficult than any other day -- but because when I stepped on the scale today, I discovered that I didn't lose any weight between yesterday and today. No change for today. :(

I know that plateaus are very typical on any diet, but it can still be disheartening. I'm hoping that it only lasts for a day or two. In the meantime, I'm going to continue using my drops and follow the diet exactly!

While on the HCG diet, once a week you're not supposed to take the hCG drops. For me, the first day of that was a few days ago. I was a little anxious about it, but I know that is how the program works. Anyway, it turned out just fine and didn't really effect me much.

I am in my first week of the hcg diet and today was a cinch. I woke up this morning and weighed-in. I now weight 244 lbs! Then I ran some errands and finally got home and had a handful of strawberries at about 11 am. I went on with my day and when 3 pm comes around I realized that I have not eaten much of anything all day! I didn't feel 'starving', but I was starting to feel hungry. I can't believe how much less I am eating than before the diet, and I am able to control my hunger! It really goes to show that the HCG Weight Loss Formula is working on helping me lose weight and suppress my appetite.

This morning, I woke up feeling good, and I was very excited to weigh-in. I stepped on the scale to see 247!!! WIN! I love this diet.

Tom's hCG Diet - Beginning Diet

A couple of days ago I began the HCG diet again. The first two days were awesome because I got to eat everything I wanted to. I felt like the first phase of the diet is a little counterproductive because the goal is ultimately to lose weight, not to gain weight. Still, I've heard from friends that this is a critical part of the diet.

Plan Meals Take 2

In the last post I briefly mentioned that I like to make a few days worth of meals (the protein part at least). Now I'd like to add a quick followup on the fruit and veggies. First, I love apples. So I tend to have an apple a day anyway. But during the diet it is important to do what you can to prevent yourself from becoming tired of repeatedly eating the same foods. So I like to shake it up with my fruits and vegetables.

Plan hcg Meals

The best way to deal with the hcg diet is by making a few days worth of meals at a time. I find it best if I make meals twice a week and fill tupperware with the protein part of each meal for the next 6 days. I use all sorts of seasonings and spices to load the chicken or fish with flavor.
